By using WAF, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must:

Be at least 18 years old
Provide accurate information
Maintain only one verified account

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for account security.
All activities under your account are your responsibility.

4. Identity Verification

Verification may be required.
Providing false or misleading data may lead to suspension or permanent termination.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Create fake, duplicate, or impersonation accounts
Harass, threaten, or abuse others
Send spam or misleading promotions
Share illegal, harmful, hateful, sexually exploitative, or otherwise offensive content
Use bots, automation, scraping, or exploit platform vulnerabilities

6. Platform Integrity & Moderation

WAF operates as a verified-user ecosystem. We reserve the right to:

Remove or restrict content
Restrict features
Suspend or terminate accounts
Investigate misuse, abuse, fraud, or safety risks

7. Content Ownership & License

Users retain ownership of their content.
You grant WAF a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, host, display, distribute, and promote content within the platform for operating and improving the service.

8. Purchases, Digital Content & Location Packages

WAF may offer paid digital content, credits, subscriptions, and access products such as location packages.

Access to certain content may require a one-time purchase, subscription, or credit redemption.
Availability, pricing, access duration, and package structure may change over time.
Digital purchases unlock in-app access only and do not transfer ownership of content.
Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to their billing, subscription, and refund policies.

9. Refunds & Cancellations

Unless required by applicable law or platform rules, digital purchases are generally non-refundable after access has been granted.
Subscription cancellations stop future billing but do not automatically refund past charges.
Users should review package details and subscription terms before purchase.

10. Prohibited Commercial Activities

Users may not:

Conduct unauthorized sales, spam, or mass solicitation
Mislead users with false claims
Use WAF for illegal business practices

11. Third-Party Services

WAF is not responsible for third-party content, links, or services.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WAF shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of profits, data, or reputation
User interactions or user-generated content
Temporary outages, interruptions, or platform errors

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold WAF harmless from:

Legal claims arising from your use
Violation of these Terms
Infringement of rights

14. Account Suspension, Deletion & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts:

For policy violations
For legal compliance
To protect platform integrity or user safety

Users may also request account deletion, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of WAF constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
